Linn's US Stamp Poll

Anyone else having issues trying to vote online in this? Here is what I have been getting the past two days when clicking on either the 'vote now' or 'results so far' buttons:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.

I plan to message the Monday when someone is there if still doing it.
