I have a 1999 Commemorative Stamp Yearbook in mint condition. Absolutely no damage on it or to it, every stamp intact and in perfect condition. I'm trying to find out how much this is worth but can't seem to find out anything useful. Please help me. Thank you.

Welcome to the community.

Here are a few recent 'sold' listing on ebay for what you describe.

Given this, and several other listings, the value is around $15-$20.

Try using ebay to find a similar item that has sold. That will give a range of market values. Unfortunately, most modern mint U.S. stamps don't even sell for face value these days.
