Wuerttemberg 1870s cutout from the envelope (if on thin paper) or from the postcard (if thick).
To evaluate it properly, one would need a Michel Specialized catalog of Classic German postal stationary.
Some people collect cutouts (cut squares) but most prefer them with rectangular margins, not cut in shape.

The eight-sided 10pf Rosa was only used for official & private pre-printed envelopes in 1875, & private letter-cards. There is quite a variety of the format of the official envelopes, but the cheapest used is 4 marks by my jurassic-era ganzachen catalogue. Cut-to-shape, maybe worth a dollar, but it's a nice clean example, nothing to be ashamed of.

The cancellation is from STUTTGART.

D1 type cancel, STUTTGART POSTAMT.II.

D1: Two circles with a bridge without postal code.
