Hi, I am new to German states. Attached is a picture of a Thurn & Taxis stamp (southern district), at least it appears that way. It is a 30kr orange, which is only listed as Imperforate. This appears rouletted. There is no 30kr rouletted, at least not listed in the scott catalog. Is this a private perforation of the imperforate? Any other thoughts?

Thanks

Michel Deutschland-Spezial Katalog notes, "Private roulette perforations are known for #s 13-25 (the 1859-61 issues), they are only expertized/authenticated for stamps used on cover, or on piece."

Interesting stamp. I would keep it in my collection.
Looks like a genuine private perforation; besides, since Michel says that only used copies on piece or on cover can be expertized, there won't be any incentive to counterfeit this perforation.
