I made numerous attemps to locate this Spain overprint Habilitado they were not found in my Scott Catalog?

The original "Stefano" site, (which was brilliant) , has since closed

Unless members can suggest a link?

There is also an option to regurgitate old Internet sites.?
I do not recall how to do that.
