Hi,

I have 2 stamps I can't find any info about, besides some stock photos with them. Does anyone have any info on them?

The photos are:

The Vietnamese stamp is SG N408, issued on 22 November 1965, in tribute to Norman Morrison, the American Quaker who immolated himself outside the Pentagon to protest against the US's invasion of Viet-Nam.

Sorry, meant to add that the second stamp is East China, SG EC378, issued 1August 1949, showing Chu-Teh, Mao Tse-tung and soldiers. Used to be a staple of children's stamp packets - in fact, it was in the first packet my old man bought me from Woolies, c1959.

Worth remembering too Wayne Moore and Ernest Gruening, the only Senators to have opposed the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin resolution.
