Guess:
Soviet "Toy Postage Stamp"
I have seen Toy stamps from Great Britain, France and Yugoslavia.
First I have seen from Russia, unless it is part of the sets mentioned before.

it is a "membership fee paid" stamp for a labor union. when you join the labor union, you are given a "passport" membership booklet. each month, as you pay your dues, one of these stamps is placed in the booklet to confirm that you are current on your dues. you can often find these in vertical strips, where the member paid for a whole year at once.
without knowing much about Russian/Soviet trade unions, I can only add a little more information. the letter are S.S.R.N.S. I can almost guarantee that one of the "S" is Soviet, one is most likely Savez (club/society), and the "N" is quite possibly Narodna (national/people's). I have seen similar pieces from Yugoslavia, and based on my information, an educated guess on your item would be for membership in a War Veterans society.

to correct myself somewhat, these small labels were also common for various other "clubs/organizations/societies". In Yugoslavia, there is a great series of these for the National Mountaineering Society. I don't have any, but they are on my radar.

I just recently bought one similar to this (mine is a 10 dinar piece). This is for the National Front (Communist party membership) in Zagreb. There are similar pieces for the national level of the NF.

The following is definitely for a trade union membership booklet. there are at least 8 different values for these, plus some un-valued ones that are series issues (III, IV, V, VI, etc). there is even one without value or series, marked as "bolestan" which I gather was for disabled/invalid members.

nice piece Makanudo! your particular piece is from NFS - People's Front of Serbia (aka Communist Party of Serbia). I just recently ordered the 3 and 10 dinara to match yours. I wasn't even aware of the 5 value. Of course I should've assumed such, since the previous series had 2, 5, and 10 values.

update: a little more research has given me a clearer answer about your original post. the SSRNS on your piece is for the "Socialist Alliance of Workers of Serbia". did not even realize that I have similar pieces for Macedonia (SSRNM).
