Hello everyone, I have 4 of these triangluar stamps and after some investigation on the internet I still have a few questions. I hope you will be able to help me. I found out that the are from Hejaz from around 1920/1922 and there are in total 5 stamps. They were printed in Poland. I also understand they were never issued. Question 1: How to call these, Fantasy objects, or non issue or some other discription? 2 How many were made? 3 if there is anything I did not ask, but you do have additional info, would you be so kind to share. As always I am not looking for value. Thank you for your help. Kind regards, Johan.

It sounds like you have seen this, but for the record.

You are missing the Blue.

Hello Rod222, Yes this is one of the articles that I found. I found out that more people had questions on this issue. All articles offered the same kind of limited information. I even found a few of these stamps which were in an auction. What I hoped for and did not find was one good article which told the complete story. I will investigate further and put the stamps for now in my "I do not collect this, but I do like these stamps" album.

Johan,
I thought I remembered this stamp set being questioned here only recently,
I could not find any reference to it in my database.

I have never come across Chapier's "Les Timbres de Fantasie" either, that sounds like a fabulous book / catalogue.

I'll pop over to Riga's Richard C Witt's Cinderella Pages, see if he writes about them.

Update
Yes he does !
You'll not get much further info though
