Maybe a label from the Turkish Aeronautical Association which was founded in 1925?

Hi,

This is a label issued by the Turkish government to raise funds for the Turkish air force.

"TURK HAVA KURUMU" means Turkish Air Association.

Until 1934 there had been air postal tax stamps in aid of this association.

They were replaced by labels such as this one which is the lowest value from the 1943 set.
