Sex Sen Japan International Stamp!

hello!just filling out whith international quit inoing 20 letters by the way!yes I have a sex sen stamp whitsh I have turnd many times and acctolly it has the symballic letter 15 in two places! maybe iam doing a fool of my self!its okey I can take the heat!i dont knowe if you can se it in the scan but in the lupp its clear a backwords E in two places I have been satisfyed whith one to!enyway I can be wrong just want to say that!but what the hell it is the backwords E! okey eny input is welcome and yes I knowe the stamp is a bit misscolored in printing but what the heck!thanks any help is welcome! take a look at the scan!thanks

Very hard to tell if the E is backwards with the small scan provided, it appears the cancelation is obscuring the E.
