Ok my dad has recently started stamp collecting(he did it a long time ago as well).
Anyway he has been driving me nuts over this stamp, there is no price on the stamp Is it a misprint?




and this is one that he has with the price on it

The 14p is there. It's just faded (or scraped away). If you enlarge the stamp, you can see the outline.

that stamp miss print value not common in GB stamps
