I was wondering if anyone has any information on this booklet? If this is the wrong place to ask I apologize. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

To be honest, I've never seen these before. They seem very much like trading stamps (i.e. S&H green stamps). But they could also be something like saving stamp coupons, which we've been discussing on another thread: https://goscf.com/t/32804&whichpage=2
