Seek opinons,
I thought I had found a Sc#446a (Coated paper) in a penny lot, (CV $100 )
but I am getting mixed messages.

The mint feels smooth, and has the pock marked appearance of a coated paper,
yet, compared to the used stamp, the printing is more fuzzy, and less distinct.
Comments?

(I cannot get the stamps to sit side by side)
