Well her goes ,the Australian stamps on the right hand page appear to be very common ,unless the two stamps on the third row down have the " Medallion Flaw".
The left hand page like wise,I see nothing jumping out ,maybe some other members can assist?

72c lilac and orange brown British Guiana stamp (the third one in the next to the last row on the left) is valued $46 used in Scott. It seems to have the upper left corner perf missing, though. Other stamps are collectible but quite common.

The 72c is a revenue cancel and is not worth the postal used catalog value of $46. As per Scott, "Stamps of the 1889-1903 issue with pen or revenue cancellations sell for a small fraction of the above quotations."

Tombraidergirl2016: welcome to the Forum. Also welcome to Snowy_12. Some "translation" for you. I agree that these are generally common stamps and not worth much. But it is an interesting potpourri that you have. They are all British related except for an apparent Chinese stamp lurking in the upper left; the yellow one. Don't worry about the "medallion flaw" as that flaw can be detected only by a specialist, and they are not common. Damaged stamps are usually of little value, but can be collected as "space fillers" until better copies come along.

Most collectors that I have known; and I've been at it for 56 years; collect stamps with cancels showing postal use, meaning they went through the mail. Some countries have also used their postage stamps for payment of various government fees or for banking, which is the "revenue" cancel noted. You may notice the British Guiana stamps are inscribed "Postage and Revenue," which means they could be used for either purpose. Stamps with "revenue" cancels usually aren't worth much, but they are collectible. The US and Canada, n particular, have issued many revenue stamps and some of them are quite valuable, but you don't have any of the those here.

Hope this helps.

Thank you all so much , yes this was in a private colllection with war medals , so I have a very large box well , collection of stamps of note worthy to the Royal Navy time period, so I do know this collection is a bit off beat, and hope it might have something worth dealing with , I am not a collector although I may now take it up , since I do Art etc..... I am always interested in Research , and this seems a hard block to cancel , lol.....
