Seems I can't find this stamp in Scott catalogs, it was printed 3,8 millions copies












you did have this one ,, but no mention it's an overprint

In Scott, it is No. P174, in the Newspaper Stamps BOB section.

Thanks, I should have notice Zeitungsmarke ( Newspaper)

I purchase a set of 2014 Scott albums, and I discover at least 1000 stamps all mints in the pages, and this one was in the Turkey but on the page where is the 4para with not overprint.

The ebay seller probably purchase the catalogues and never check them..

P.S. the image is not the one I get, I'm at work so I get one on the web to illustrate.
