In the Scott catalog the Austria issues of 1867-72 (#s 27-33) are differentiated from the issues of 1874-80 (#s 34-40) by the former being "coarse print" and latter "fine print". I have in-hand what is either a #28 or #35, but cannot tell if it is coarse or fine. I have looked images of both types on Hipstamp, but to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.

dkabq8 - Perf 12 is correct.

For your reference, Michel is providing quite a good illustration of the coarse versus fine print
