I have not been able to find this Precancel in my Precancel Catalog (7th edition - January 2007) to me it looks like Saugerties, NY - the bars are 15mm apart

my guess: this is a parcel box cancel, not a precancel

I thought Parcel Box Cancels were in a box the bottom bar ends
