Is there a reputable firm that certifies early Shanghai in North America?

I would have Michael Rogers look at it ,he is now with Kelleher Auctions .He knows the Large Dragons ,there are different printings so I would not trust any scan or photo of them.

Thanks. After looking at the many different types I have no clue as to what I have and if I send it out I'd like to make sure it is to someone reputable. Does he / they issue certificates?

stalizer: if you're an APS member, send it to the APS. You might give a call to Mercer Bristow. If you're a long time member, he might share who one or more of the reviewers are for Shanghai.

I had a Portuguese Guinea, small Guine, overprint reviewed last year. I had called Mercer and, in course of the conversation, asked if 'X' was the reviewer. He said yes (highly reputable reviewer for Portuguese items). Unfortunately, the overprint was a forgery, so had to get my money refunded by the auction house.
