My advice is No.

Looks like the K3 from Deutsches Reich.

Stamps printed in sheets for booklets. some stamps never made it into booklets but were taken out of the sheets like this one, it still has part of the sheet margin. Catalogue value is about 3,50 dollar for a mint and about 10 dollar for a used pair. Take into consideration the percentage you are willing to pay on a catalogue value and you have your own personal answer.

i did see that.

i have a picture of the part of the sheet configuration were the stamps you show came from.

In green the booklet pane as it was intended to end up in the booklet. In red the pair you show.

The sheet or part of sheets also came into posession of collectors and that resulted in this kind of combinations.
