Hi guys...I apologize for this 2nd post...CAN NOT DELETE IT.
I postponed posting this here until I got some help from expertise on this so called new variety from BNAPS...Some thing for you guys to look for in detail.
Here is a bit of what Andy from BNAPS commented about this possible finding I came across....Thank you BNAPS and Andy for ll you help.
"Your two precancels are undoubtedly the result of 2 sets of printing equipment. By the 1920s, most major cities were creating their own equipment. While this was supposed to be controlled by the Central Office, it was nearly impossible to monitor what the local post offices were actually doing. Thus, when a set of printing plates became worn out and needed replacement, the printing equipment could be created locally. I suspect that this occurred in this case. The measurements of the printing indicate that they were the result of two separate plates. The quality of the prints also indicates that two different plates were used. I suspect that if these stamps were on dated covers, we would see quite different dates."
"So, where do we go from here in deciding on the need for separate idents? An in-depth study of at least a couple hundred stamps (preferably of the same stamp) would be a good starting effort. Should this determine that there were quite different plates, then one would need to do some research into the records of plate production."

The colour of the 2 precanceled stamps above are slightly different.and the bar dementions are completely different and also the type font of the two precancels are very different as shown by the two pictures below.
