Interesting RLQ block I came upon on my father's various covers. He had noted 30 years ago the error in the plate inscription (in all 4 corners according to Unitrade cat- he did not have Unitrade then) It incorrectly spells Krieghoff as Kreighoff. Looking closely at these 4 stamps, noticed the described "branch below sleigh", Sc 610v, in the RL stamp - hope you can see it as I am not a great magnifier ! Wondered if this was a re-entry ? The 3 other stamps do not have this variety. Unitrade talks about 24 constant varieties of the Sc 610 stamp.

Thanks BeeSee, was not a member of SC at the time and appreciate this link, which I kept - So my father (deceased in 1999 and avid philatelist)was following actuality as I still have his note on this variety !

Rendon. FYI, there is no such thing as a re-entry on a lithographed stamp.
