51L5L. May be a plate crack rather than a tool slip.

Sure enough, it's mentioned among plate cracks in the "Plate Varieties in General" chapter of Dr. Chase' book.

Stampcow, that's a superb position piece, showing the crack/scratch extending across the left frame line of the adjacent position, 52L5L! The line shows clearly.

Here's a closeup of the crack on another 51L5l, but the line isn't so clear:
