A pet irritation of mine,
vendors selling Philatelic Catalogues, using only a front cover.
No mention / scans of the contents Index, whether it is bi lingual, has illustrations...nothing.

I would have been a possible buyer here.

Considering the plethora of paper and perforation varieties, I am most interested to see how you have included them in your collection. I am for the moment stumped as how to go about this. I have mounted my collection and labelled a particular stamp or set with the perf or paper type but in some instances I have five perf variations of a particular stamp, and I am looking for a way to sort these out in an album.
As I am using Steiner, I am not particulally happy to mount them on the same page as the set as I find this 'cluttered' effect sore to the eye.
And since there are more varieties out there, that could potentailly come my way, I just can't seem to come up with an agreeable system that would allow for easy additions

I use quadrille for this sort of thing. Main page with the core set based on Gibbons numbers, then additional material on further leaves. You can then group the perf varieties without cluttering up the main page.

Agree with Geoff. Quadrille pages are the was to go. Like Moose, am a Steiner "subscriber". However, in the case of early 20C Poland the many varieties result in an unattractive, cluttered album page.

Recently acquired a collection of pre-1940 Poland material. Have spent many restful hours across the last several days identifying the numerous varieties within a single issue or series (i.e., perforation, paper, shade, image size, etc.)

Started with Scott (okay). Added Gibbons (better). Finally Fischer (amazing).

Another good resource (specific to varieties and flyspecking) has been (the online) World Stamp Project.

Conclude early 20C Poland offers another affordable collecting opportunity.

Agree.
Only you can come to terms on how to solve it.
I personally do not like Quadrille, My 400 albums have Steiner consistancy
throughout, Quadrille inserts are jarring to me, and look sloppy, in part due to my poor hand script, but also the density of lines.

My solution is not much better, I use Steiner "Blank Pages" "Country and text"
They fit nicely into added albums.
of course you will have no assistance with placing stamps in perfect horizontal symmetry, as you get with Quadrille

STEINER has 10 x example Blank "fill in you own headings and text Pages
including Quadrille.

Good luck!

PS: What I do advocate, is collections no matter how designed, to
offer varieties with hand written notes to the future caretakers of your stamps

As I often break down dealers Album pages, some of which are beautifully prepared, obviously with great time and passion, only to be heartlessly hacked out of albums with scissors.

That cured me of personally designing pages, in preference to Steiner.

Steiner "Blank Page" Templates for your pleasure

I don't understand why the publishers don't print their sheets with notions about the stamps or the series, especially the old ones, although they have had time to figure it out.
It entertains me to make my pages, none of the ones that exist are useful to me because I build what I have. If I have the stamp, or the stamps isolated from the blocks, I put them, if not, I don't put them.
I rarely put mini sheets of identical stamps.
I usually fill the pages with stamps but if I have a space left over that I cannot fill, I simply decorate it with a drawing, a fragment, FDC, a photography or a circulated letter.
