Can't Find Scott 556or 636 In Catalog W Perf 11.5 X 10.5

I think I have a Scott 556 or 636 but the perf is 11.5 on top/bottom and the sides are 10.5 Sorry for the grainy photo's

Welcome to the community.
Note how the perfs do not line up exactly with 11.5 in your image as shown below.

It is supposed to be around 11.25 x 10.5 but the above perforation gauge only uses halves instead of quarters and halves.

Thanks for the quick reply. I couldn't find my new\old perf gauge with 1/4 fractions I had to use the vintage gauge my dad gave me from the 40's or 50's. I did re-measure jogil you are correct it's 11.25 x 10.5 Is there any value in this stamp?

As you mentioned, it is a #636. No real value.

You can also use other stamps to check perfs (For example, using a known perf 11 stamp as a comparison template).
