Is This Bermuda 28 With Wmk.3?

I think the #28 on the back is incorrect. I haven't found a reference of what wmk.3 is. My stamp has the "multiple crown CA" which came out in 1906. If this is wmk. 3, no way it can be a 28. Please help if you can.

This is Scott watermark 3 (Multiple Crown over CA).

Not to repeat images of standard Britich Colonial watermarks in every country listing, Scott places their pictures on the special page after basic information introduction in the beginning of the catalog.
