Has anyone else placed a website order with them recently and not received any email verification or been able to find a record of the order under your account with them?
I seem to recall a year or so back some on here were reporting something like that but I couldn't find the discussion. I would have assumed they'd have fixed the problem by now but that's where I am on an order I placed yesterday. It's like it doesn't exist.
I won't waste much time worrying about this, it happened last time I ordered some months ago so assume it'll just show up next week. Just curious..
