...and I am on the indoor trainer an hour a day,
getting rid of what that choccy puts on khj.
Those FRY's were absolutely scrumptious.
I too suffer from a sweet tooth, I am currently chasing up the Argentine
miracle tuber called "Yakon" to control my sugar.
