Have you tried to contact the seller for their take on it? Have you bid on any of the sellers items recently. There's a box you can check under buyer requirements that affects that and gives 10 days as the length of time. The seller may have inadvertently or intentionally checked the box.

On the face of it, it makes no sense. So, you bought something from him recently. And....? Why would a reorder be undesirable for the seller. Most of us who sell would love that.

Maybe some new glitch designed to thwart shill purchases? That's all I can come up with.

It only affects newer users with low feedback. Some sellers are very leary of new buyers so they limit how many purchases they can make over a certain time.

"Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought (fill in a number)of my items in the last 10 days." This is taken from ebay. If you don't pay attention to what you're doing or don't stop and think it thru completely you could end up blocking the buyers you want. The next line does include feedback scores but if you miss that part you could get what happened to Timm.

If I read the lines on ebay correctly you don't have to specify feedback scores. I'm guessing your seller ticked the box on the first line and skipped the line specifying feedback scores so he's blocking everyone that has bid on any of his items within a 10 day period. Maybe he doesn't even realize what he's done?
