Victoria Stamp Sg383 Sideways Watermark - Is This Common?

I am guessing it is common. It is not listed with a sideways WM in SG and I cannot find another to compare it with.



Difficult to detect but clearly sideways. Any help is appreciated.

It could be SG 139d depends on the perforations .listed in my 2013 Commonwealth & British Empire Stamps

Is it perf. 13 or perf. 12 x 12 1/2,

The stamp is perf 12 1/2 all around and it is SG383 'without postage.' SG does not list it with watermark sideways and I am thinking
that it is not listed because it may be common.

Yes, Victoria stamp printers did not pay much attention to the way the paper was fed into the machine.
