What weight of paper do you page printers use? Is 32 pounds/120 grammes per square metre heavy enough?

I use 67 pounds. Even at this weight sometimes it does not seem heavy enough.

I'd say 120 gsm is fine for printing pages.

I use 32 lb paper. Specifically HP Premium Choice Laser Paper. I find it to be a good compromise between quality, tractability, cost, and volume (in binders) -- YMMV.

I also use 4 ring binders to reduce "slumping"

Is there a brand of sheet protector available in the US that are punched for four ring binders? Everything I see is 3 hole.
