LOL, AOL taking over Verizon email. I was a Compuserv email member when AOL took over Compuserv circa 1996. AOL had no clue what they were doing and it took them a decade or longer to recover. At the time Compuserv was a leading email provider and AOL was fairly new on the block. It was like a salmon swallowing a whale.
Odd... I got a notice a long time ago about Verizon getting out of the email business, but I haven't had any other issues. I use Outlook, and everything is working fine OTHER than emails from here, it seems.
