My German Michel catalogue of 2006 states that the stamp was withdrawn and the remaining copies destroyed. The same is true for the overprinted stamp according to the catalogue. There is a Wikipedia page on that stamp (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pagsa..._Falls_stamp), claiming the stamp has not been withdrawn.

Can anyone provide information on what other catalogues (Scott, SG, Yvert) say ?
