Here is an image of a stamp depicting both sides of a five francs coin depicting Honoré V (1778-1841), Prince of Monaco, on the obverse, and the coat of arms of the House of Grimaldi on the reverse, and minted in 1837, designed and engraved by Claude Andréotto, and issued by Monaco on November 13, 1987 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the recapture of the Mint, Scott No. 1594, plus images of an actual specimen of this rare coin, which is only crown issued by Monaco during the 19th century. - nethryk |
