Are coils displayed as pairs or as singles in the Scott National (USA) album?

They are singles in mine, but then again mine was printed in 1952. Don't know if it's changed in newer ones.

Both. The singles (often along with booklet singles) are on one page and the pairs on another.

Thanks for the replies. I am particularly interested in how the Franklin and Washington coils are displayed. The Lighthouse US album has them as pairs, I was wondering how the Scott National treats the coils.

Hi dbuss ... I agree with uboatnut. My Scott National Album contains spaces for coil singles and usually, on a separate page, spaces for coil pairs.

That is true for the older issues. But for the more modern issues they are inconstant. For example, if the stamp is issued with 2+ designs in the coil strip, Scott does not produce a separate page for them.
