I just emailed The Curtis Collection about this item. I don't know for a fact but I think this RB11a block of 72 is the largest known multiple.

The census shows a block of 32 as the largest.

Is the color blue or green?

Color is green. Some of the stamps are blue due to some sort of chemical alteration. Maybe somebody spilled some peroxide on them? I'm not sure.
