Hello nice to be back with another Albino anomaly, this time on a blue embossed envelope with the watermark! I took photos of all aspects of the envelope and wanted to share in this topic forum. I do not know if the envelope was actually mailed there is no cancellation but it is addressed as if mailed. If you know anything about this envelope please let me know? Thanks Sharons25

Nice job capturing that #15 watermark!

Your 2 cent Mercantile (specific die can't be determined from the pix provided) is a partial albino, with full indicium offset on the inside.

It doesn't look like it was mailed.
