Hi Ken,
in my experience, yes, fairly common.
Comes in a varying array of oddities in this set.

Note : Lindbergh's black cat, ~~cannot recall his name.~~ her name "Patsy"

These are reprints/reproductions and are intentional done errors by the printer .

Stamp is also the wrong color/ shade according to my collection . Should be more blue-green on the 1pts.
