My 2016 Scott Classic Specialized Catalog gives French Oceania Scott 37, 30c black and red orange, never hinged, a value of 1.050. Am assuming this typo should say $10.50 and not $1,050 but could someone with a 2017, 2015 or other edition of the catalog please verify.

Thank you everyone for your input. Yes, it's likely to be $1.05 if it's at $0.75 hinged. And they have carried this since at least the 2014 edition. Maybe they'll catch it when they do a revaluation, someday.
As for a 30% premium people seem to be using for never hinged, don't assume this. The classics from French Oceania, for example, in never hinged condition, are consistently valued at MORE than 50% above their hinged counterparts in the Classic Specialized Catalog.
