Perfin M solved..........Erk! Perfin M = Associated Machine Tools. Apologies for the "in your face" treatment. These were early days for me with regards to scanning and ID. I have toned it down 500% since. |

Ooops ! I failed to Identify the puncture count ! Yours is 7-4-4-7 So your "M" Perfin is Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (SYDNEY Pmk) I would suggest rather scarce, only used for 1 year. |

Quote: N.S.W. Government & inverted/reversed. For any new students to PERFINS this occurs when stamp sheets, or part thereof, are "folded" prior to puncturing, resulting in inverted and reversed puncture formats on the face. |

Wow Rod222, lots of information, I appreciate that, so many varieties of the "M". I will have to look at the other "M" perfin I have and see if it's the same (be a bit of a surprise if I have two given one year of usage). I also know I have a zip-lock bag somewhere that has only perfins in it so will have to locate that as well. |

Sorry if nothing special by comparison to previous posts and images but since I have so many I thought I would show just a couple for interest perhaps. am asssuming no real value - gave away over 100 earlier ones to a very good friend recently. Must learn more after reading earlier posts. Have a great weekend Michael |
