Gallatin Tennessee Postmaster Provisional Question

While not listed in Scott under confederate provisionals Michel lists the Gallatin Tennessee postmaster provisional in it catalogue of United States. Harmer many years ago showed and sold a faulted copy. Does anyone have any information on this stamp.

The New Dietz Confederate States Catalogue (1986) shows two provisionals for Gallatin issued 1861-62. Both are the word PAID in a circle, one (A) is 5 (˘) and (B) is 10 (˘). A lists in this catalogue at $150 and B at $175.
Is this the provisional you are referring to? The catalogue doesn't say any more.

The 2012 CSA Catalog and Hanbook only recognizes those markings as coming on stampless covers. They do not recognize any Postmaster Provisional for Gallatin, Tennessee in either adhesive or hand stamped format. My guess is that at one time there was thought to be a provisional from Gallatin which has since been disproven.
