What are the markings on the back? There should be a cancelation of the city from which it was posted and one of the city where it was received as well as possibly other markings. It is too bad about the poor condition of the cover itself but it is nice to see that in interesting covers are out there to be found.

The two 30mm (apx) red-violet double-circle datestamp are the mailing station postmarks. If there are no receiving town handstamps then this cover was most likely a local Registered Letter with Return Receipt Request Fee.
