1880-S Connecticut - Is This An Rpo?

I've always assumed this was an early RPO cover, but never really looked into it. I think I'll post it here and see what other members have to say. The cancellation is Hart. & Millerton (Hartford?), but where you would expect RPO in the dial it has AGT -- I think. The backstamp indicates Connecticut. What do you make of this one?

RPO. This line was part of the Central New England RR which later was incorporated into the New Haven. This particular line ran from Hartford to Millerton, NY over the Poukeepsie bridge 106 miles away.

According to Towle your marking is known used 1879, 1883, and 1886 with both "E" and "W" killers. The killer on your stamp may be an "E"
