Can any one tell what stamp is #832 and what the other one is?
One stamp the bust is much closer to the wording then the other. The top of the head is at two chevrons while the other is at one and a 1/4 chevrons. The colors are different to me. Thank you.

They are both Scott 832. The first is the shade of the printings staring in 1938. The second may be one of the printings starting in 1954. You can never be sure based on a scan. The head of Woodrow Wilson was printed independent of the frame so the actual location on the stamp can vary and is not a determining factor as to the Scott identification.
