The cut appears to have taken the top off the print from another stamp. Don't know if it is valuable or classifiable, but it did catch my eye. Opinions are welcomed. Thanks for looking!

It is indeed a mis-cut stamp. Since it only shows a very tiny amount of the adjoining stamp, it only added a nominal amount to the value.

You have a Scott C39, from a slightly miscut booklet pane, similar to the one here, shifted in the other direction. Added value is very minimal as minor miscuts to booklet panes are fairly common - although interesting conversation items.

Thanks for the info! Great to put a name to this type of stamp. "miscut" / "mis-cut" might be a good addition to the glossary: https://www.stampcommunity.org/dictionary/
