Line on stamp looks like line visible on vertical pair imperf. here: http://www.usphila.com/us/stamp/pri...t-c23-page-3 . I've found a couple more online but without line broken by the perf. the Any info or opinions welcomed. Thanks for looking!

Jonathan, that line is for a different reason as the others you have shown. These stamps were printed in large panes and then divided into four smaller sheets. The line is to indicate where the sheet should be broken up into panes.
You can find a great explanation in any Scott catalog.
