Dear all, I am always found some imperf Chinese/ N. Korea stamps. They are not listed in any catalog (some of them are only listed in Korea catalog). Are they fake or just be printer waste? I heard that N Korea issued some imperf stamps specially for the collectors. Is it true?

Thanks in advance for all your opinion and help!

Guess:
Not Fake or Counterfeit.

Genuine emissions, and I doubt very much printer's waste.

Most countries print stamps for collectors, under 1 guise or another.
I would keep, and mount as genuine issues, and kick tyres around the internet, esp Korean Stamp bloggers, for their opinion, as they would appear specialty items.

Consider:
Philately begins where the catalogue ends.

Please post back any results you may find.
Good Luck.

The Chinese sheet does not offer us anything to go on.
Please post a cropped image of just 1 stamp, so we can observe the printing, and any selvedge information.

Help us, to help you.

The second one is an uncut horizontal strip of 3 sheet. All of them are regular stamps but with weird imperf.
At least, we can find N. Korea imperf stamps in the Korea catalog. They are issued for collectors.
BUT I can't find any information about these Chinese imperf stamps.

With respect, I think it unfair to apparently condemn a country for this practice, most countries today are guilty of this.
Greed is boundless.

I don't collect North Korean stamps, but in 2016 I was just across the river from North Korea near the Russian, Chinese, N.Korea border. The Chinese souvenir shop sold made up albums of North Korea stamps in miniature sheets, the stamps were all perforated and cancelled to order, viz neat cancellations and full original gum.
