Jonathan, there is nothing where the upload (picture) should be.

It will not be in Scott. It is a cigarette revenue stamp.

It does take time to load, but will show up after it finishes loading. Jonathan, while I appreciate your high-resolution pics, they are only necessary when trying to identify certain type/design differences. Personally, I don't mind the high resolution pics as I enjoy seeing them, but some members may experience delays of 15s++ if they happen to encounter an internet transmission bottleneck.

I hope everyone takes a moment to notice the positive effects of the free image sharpening tool in the free image optimizer.

The 'low' resolution image shows more detail.

Cheers,

@everyone I apologize for image file size issues—I'll be more mindful next time around.

@khj Thanks for the help and recommendation on file sharing.

@rod222 Thanks for uploading the optimized image. Perforations: 10.5 x 12.5

Wow! very surprising.
I would have wagered your wallet, it was more around P16 (very small)

The stamps, as typical of cigarette revenue stamps, are actually quite large. That's why a typical initial reaction would be that the perforation measurement would be high.
