Unbelivable, the second bid was me rising the max in case.. so each book cost me only $ 9, a guy on ebay sell the pages only by country for $ 10 to $ 20 British pound.  |

At one time this was the only source of information on world wide postal stationery. Since that time there have been many different country catalogues published with more detailed pricing and information, though quite frequently in the country's native tongue which makes it more difficult for most Americans. The last owner of the copyright was constantly updating the information, so this may not be the latest edition. I think that my own set was purchased in the late '80s. For general information and obscure countries you will be fine and there will be much useful information. Wikipedia notes the last publication date as 1986 and that at time it was in 19 volumes. Are you a member of the United Postal Stationery Society? Membership will get you access to all of the back issues which contain much information about countries other than the US. They have electronic memberships available. |

Well done. I paid considerably more for my set.
I looked at the UPSS page, but backed away once I read the membership page. For one thing, they are charging a fee for paying via PayPal, which is against PayPal's terms; they can lose their account for that. What's worse is that they are upcharging more than what PayPal charges them, so they are profiting on the fee. I've never seen anyone charge 5% more for PayPal payments (PayPal charges 2.9% + 30 cents).
Yes, I realize it's probably a minor transgression in most people's eyes, but it's the principle and ethics of the matter. I won't support that. |

Oh boy, I receive them today, poor seller, he paid $ 92 to ship it to me, since I pay $ 100 + $ 10 shipping, it make him only $ 18 for a full set of H&G. I need to contact him to make thing right  |

He pay $ 114 in 1998 for it and he is selling all his collection, I hope he will do better than pay the shipping and, ebay and Paypal fees with the rest , because he more than average stuff .. Don't know what happen on ebay, I win everything I bid on it and I'm the single one who bid, time look very hard for sellers. |
