Hello. Is this a German Occupation stamp? I'm having a hard time identifying it. Thanks for your help.

Yes, it is from Mecklenburg - Vorpommern. Scott 12N1, Michel 8.

If you are feeling lucky, you may want to consider having the stamp expertized.

There are three major shades. The opal-green shade below has a CV of 120 Euro MNH. The other two are 0.50 (left) and 12.00 (right)

The differences are subtle. Frankly, if the opal-green stamp wasn't expertized by BPP, I wouldn't know the difference.
