Hi there, can anyone verify this German 100 mark has spelling mistake ? Shouldn't it be Pfennig or Pfennige ? Thanks in advance.

Pfennige is the plural of pfennig. Not an error.

That's not a "B". It's a capital "P" in the Fraktur font.
